Three DC inputs can also  be connected in parallel to connect larger batteries  . The Sunny Boy Storage has an integrated emergency power supply that can be switched manually. In addition, it can even take over the entire power supply of the three external conductors via the optional automatic transfer unit. Thanks to proven AC coupling, the Sunny Boy Storage is ideally suited for new and retrofit systems. The integrated web server enables quick and easy commissioning, which is also possible via smartphone or laptop. Thanks to the direct connection to Sunny Portal and Sunny Places, the energy flows in the household are completely transparent.

In the event of a power failure, the inverter can be manually switched to emergency power supply with the integrated Secure Power Supply function. Secure Power Supply supplies an external conductor with a device output of up to 3.7 kW from the battery. In the event of a power failure, the optional mains switch can even take over the entire power supply of the household fully automatically via all three external conductors.
