The energy meter with Modbus connection is connected to the SolarEdge inverter or control and communication gateway via an RS485 module. It can be used to record the energy generated, consumed or fed in as well as for feed-in control. The meter has a very accurate measured value acquisition and can be used in domestic and commercial systems due to the wide selection of available current sensors (50A – 1000A (not included)).
